Collect & Use
When the day arrives to put your project plans into action, come to our location to pick up your reserved tools. Our team will be on hand to ensure you have everything you need and provide any necessary guidance on safe and efficient usage. Return
At the end of your project, returning the tools is a straightforward process. Deposits & Late Fee's
At Walsall Tool Shack, we prioritise the safety and timely return of our equipment. To ensure this, we authorise a security deposit at the time of booking to the replacement value of the tool on the customers credit/debit card. This deposit serves as a guarantee against any potential damages or loss of the borrowed tools. We will send notices to our customers before any charges are made. Additionally, we understand that sometimes schedules can change. In the event of a late return, a reasonable late fee may apply. This policy helps us maintain availability and fairness for all our valued customers. We believe in transparent communication and are always happy to address any questions or concerns regarding our deposit and late fee procedures.
